By accessing or utilizing the services provided by Apex Structural Partners, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Engineering Consultations

All preliminary consultations, including basic Non-Linear Static Pushover Analysis discussions, are provided for informational purposes. Formal engineering commitments require a signed contractual agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Any proprietary methodologies, software modeling techniques, or structural reports generated by Apex Structural Partners remain the intellectual property of the firm until final payment is rendered and specific IP transfer agreements are executed.

3. Limitation of Liability

Apex Structural Partners shall not be held liable for construction delays resulting from municipal code alterations, unforeseen site conditions, or third-party architectural errors not disclosed during the initial modeling phase.
